The plugins and theme on your site is no longer working, because the Business Plan on the site has expired.
That plan was bought by the user, fawaazfikri, who also owns the site, but they did not pay to renew it before it expired on 25 May. To add a new Business Plan to the site they will need to contact us, either by posting in the forums – they can just reply to this thread – or by submitting a support ticket at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
