  Error 111. It is not possible to upload pictures with my stories on the blog. I use un ipad mini and wordpress versie 3.9. The errormessage is: NSXML parser error Domain error 111. Can you help us?

  You are in the wrong forum if you are really talking about a blog using Wp.org 3.9. You need to be at WordPress.ORG for support with that software.
