I have tried all of the suggestions in the form and none of them are fixing this. I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled but nothing has changed. I have the correct address (https://connect.wpmailsmtp.com/google/). I need step by step directions since I am not a developer-just a small business trying to send and receive emails.
