    Are you referring to http://medicaldevicetrends.wordpress.com/?
This is the login in link for that site http://medicaldevicetrends.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. Is that the case here or not?

Generally this error message means you need to log on (enter a valid user ID and password) somewhere first. If you have just entered these and then immediately see a 401 error, it means that one or both of your user ID and password were invalid for whatever reason (entered incorrectly, user ID suspended etc.).

    Hi there,

Your site hosted here at WordPress.com is at this address: http://medicaldevicetrends.wordpress.com/

Is that the site you’re trying to access, or are you trying to open http://medicaldevicetrends.com/ ?

The custom domain medicaldevicetrends.com isn’t registered, but if you’d like to use it with your site you’re welcome to register it as a new domain for your site. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
