Error 404 changing permanent link

    Hello, I have a problem when changing the permanent link option, the pages that I had created so far and the new ones that I am creating stop working and show me a 404 error

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Can you tell us what you mean when you mention a permanent link? For example, are you referring to a 301 redirect?

    Also, to note this site is not hosted with WordPress.com – so our support is limited.

    Hello, I refer the options that show in this page “/wp-admin/options-permalink.php”. At the beginign I had the default settings in my posts urls, so they was somthing like this “https://lp.vozip.com/?p=123”. I decided change that url settings to improve my web SEO and usability, to this “https://lp.vozip.com/sample-page/”. But now all my pages shows me an error 404, but I can see they in the pages lists. ¿ How I can solve this?

    Many thanks for that extra information.

    You would need to use a redirection plugin to redirect old URLs to the new URLs: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/redirect/

    lp.vozip.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we are unable to assist with implementing those redirections.
