Error 500

    I am unable to access my website through admin login. I get an error 500 message. ‘This page isn’t working…currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500.’

    I’ve tried restart multiple computers, chromebook, mobile and tablet devices. I’ve tried different IP addresses. I’ve tried to deactivate the plugins as suggest on another forum, but am unable to access the site to do this. I tried to manually do it under the file manager and this didn’t work either. I need help ASAP!
