I cannot login to original wordpress account using golden-lion-inn.co.uk as it has crashed. error 500. I had to create a new account to get on here for support. Admin password wont work. website not to be seen online.
Help?Ive just bought the business and was updating the plugins. Im not an expert but not too awful at websites.
the website is probably just the wordpress software but i dont know how to work that bit out.I just need to know how to log back into original web page

Ok, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
