  We have our website with wordpress. I updated the plugins, now the website doesn’t work, and my login and password no longer work. I am locked out! please help, this is our company website.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com. If you have a Business plan, please login to the account you purchased it through and contact us here.

  If you are using self hosted WordPress.org software, please contact your host as a 500 error indicates a server issue. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need any further help after speaking to them.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
