Error 500 critical message need urgent advise website down

    Hi,
    Can anyone advise me ?
    I already had a website by word press org. I wasn’t keen on themes (I’m
    A newbie) I purchased and installed a divi theme, but when I activated my website went down and now all I’m receiving is an error 500 internal server error or misconfiguration.
    I paid a company to create the website for me so I don’t know who the host is and have no access now to my website.
    The company I paid are not responding to me. Can anyone advice me ? Are divi themes not advisable for a word press website once it’s created ? I did ask this question to the sale team before purchasing and was told it would be fine ?
    Could anyone also offer a resolution? I would be very grateful I’ve put a lot of time and effort into the website I had.

    benjudd.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by LCN (rather than WordPress.com). There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

    We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites on these forums. However, support for WordPress.org sites is available here:

    A 500 error suggests an issue with your hosting, so I recommend reaching out to LCN for more information about why the site was unavailable. I’m not seeing a 500 error at the moment so it looks like this issue may have resolved itself.

    Just to follow up, the Error 500 problem has been solved by updating plugins in WP!
