Error 500 for a few of my clients sites

  I do not work with code but need help fixing the 500 error on a few of my clients websites so I can access them and update their websites.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  To clarify, your clients sites are hosted directly on our WordPress.com business hosting platform? https://wordpress.com/hosting/

  If so what are the URLs of the sites? We’re happy to check and confirm.

  Please note that we’re not able to help with WordPress sites on other hosts (we only have access to files for sites we host directly) so if your clients are hosted with another provider they are likely using the the open-source variant of the WordPress platform and you can turn to the open-source WordPress forums here instead: for help https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
