Error 500 – I am unable to access the dashboard and the Word Press Recovery Mode is not initializing

    I need to get into the Recovery Mode area to disable a Jet Pack Plug In that is showing up in the error log. When I click the link in the email from Word Press to access it the page that comes up says Recovery Mode not Intialized. I am unable to access the admin panel for this site.
