Hi! I used https://translate.google.com to understand:
Good evening, I can no longer access my website which displays a 503 error. It crashes every hour for several hours and then reconnects. I also no longer have access to the WordPress back end. How to deal with the situation? Thank you WP.com: Unknown Jetpack: Yes Correct account: Unknown
Sorry to hear that! Can you send a link to the site?
If the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:
– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#manual-uninstallation– Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct resources for help with the free WordPress code. We have some tips here: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#word-press-org-support
