Error 503 messages

We are getting constant Error 503 error messages since last Thursday. I tried to have GoDaddy update our PHP to 7.4, but it is not reflecting on my WordPress Dashboard, even after multiple attempts. I just need it all to work smoothly and I am getting no success from GoDaddy nor GoWp (our tech support for our Wrodpress website). PLEASE help??!!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
