Error AXLZNE

    Hello, I was trying to get the Personal plan but accidentally put one wrong number when entering the CCV code and I got an error saying ‘Transaction Declined error AXLZNE’. When I tried to enter the right one it says my payments were disabled. How can I fix this?

    Hey there! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
