  I tried to purchase the annual plan with a domain. My transaction was declined and when I tried again, my purchasing was suspended. I have no idea what the issue is. I hope someone from the WordPress team can solve my problem asap. Thanks

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
