Error cambiando el correo del administrador

    Buen dia, espero se encuentre bien.

    Necesito su ayuda ya que necesito cambiar el email de administrador en mis ajustes general pero no me llega el email de confirmación.

    Actualmente esta el email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Y lo quiero cambiar por (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Cuando hago el cambio el correo para confirmar no me llega al nuevo email y se me queda el cambio pendiente.

    Ya llevo varios días intentado y nada que llega el correo.

    Por favor le agradeciera mucho su ayuda.
