Error: Can't renew domain

  I am having issues renewing my domain. When I try to access the site I get a screen that says “hydroecologylab.com has expired! Oh no!”

  If I click “Renew Now” the next screen says “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.”

  I also can’t load the concierge service to get access to live chat. PLEASE HELP!

  Hi,

  You are logged into the correct account for that upgrade, so you should be able to renew it.

  What happens if you go to:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  …do you see the domain registration there?
