Error: Charged $300

    Hi,
    I cancelled the Booker Ervin Publishing site yet I have been charged $300. Please let me know what happened and refund the $300.

    I’m not seeing any payments made from this WordPress.com account you were logged in to when posting this thread. You’ll need to log out of this account and log in to the correct account to cancel the subscription and receive a refund (within the refund period).

    If you’re unable to get into the correct account, please follow the steps below:

    1. Locate the transaction ID for the payment made to WordPress.com. Here’s how to locate it on your credit card statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
    2. Send us the transaction ID using the account recovery form here. Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.

    Once we have the transaction ID, we’ll get back to you via email to help you log in to the correct account.
