Error Checkout WooCommerce Required Fields

I got an error on my website which I could not identicate. After the customer has filled in the checkout form with all the needed information and clicks on the payment button then he gets a Woocommerce error message which says that the First Name is a required field. However, this field is already filled in by the customer.
Could you help me? Or point to the right direction to solve the error.

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This means the support here is limited.
It sounds like there’s perhaps a plugin conflict at stake there. I recommend deactivating all plugins, seeing if the issue happens and then if not, reactivate each plugin one by one to see which plugin might cause this.
