error code HYTFSI

  Woo/WP will not let me add a new credit or debit card – I have tried 3. I need to pay for shipping from my site. Gives me error code HYTFSI and reads ‘card not authorized’. Didnt take AE card either!!!! HELP!!!

  Hi there,

  Our logs show the card you’re trying to add is failing due to an invalid security code. If you’re sure you’re definitely using the correct code, please contact your credit card company about this, as the failure happens when we try to submit the code to them.

  Thanks for reply. I tried 3 different cards…2 debit and credit….is the security code wrong for all 3? And is the security code you mention the 3/4 digit CCV code?

  I contacted my bank. Visa did a conversion on business cards and needs to fix some code. That caused our initial error. Did WP deny our other debit card and our Amex card due to too many rejections with our original, corrupted bus card?

  So should I try all my cards again? Amex said it never even came through on their end when I tried it.
