  Keep getting this message on my log in and I’m unable to log on to my site. I’ve cleared cookies, disabled plug ins and tried in incognito mode – but nothing working. I’m at very basic level, so simple answers preferred, thanks.

  Thanks. So, that site is hosted by Bluehost not WordPress.com. That means that y’all are set up on the other version of WordPress – the open source software.
