Error during purchasing a plan, my credit card was cut but I didn’t get the plan

  Last night I tried to purchase an annual plan on WordPress but there was an error sign popped up right after I clicked the purchase button. Then my credit card was cut for 1560 Thai Baht, but I couldn’t get the annual plan on my WordPress account.
