Error en la renovación de dominio

    Hola, he intentado renovar mi dominio “caminanteabsorto.com” pagando los 11€ desde la pataforma.

    No ha ocurrido nada, sigue deshabilitado.

    Hi there,

    Our records show that caminanteabsorto.com expired on November 11, 2014. Because the domain already expired, it can’t be renewed through the usual renewal process. (I refunded the 11€ payment you made for that.)

    Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

    The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

    I sent you an email with more details about how to make that payment so we can try to recover your domain. Please let me know if you don’t receive that email from me.
