Error establishing a database connection

    Hi. Our website is a news company and we are currently experiencing log in issues. From time to time I would get this error but it would usually disappear when I use a new browser (I used Chrome then switched to Edge) Today I couldn’t log in even with a new browser (Mozilla) so I decided to contact Support.

    When I tried logging in here, I discovered I couldn’t log in with the password, so I tried resetting. This worked and I no longer encountered the error and we could post again. Unfortunately after 30 minutes the error resurfaced and I couldn’t log in with the new password again, so I reset the password for the 2nd time today.

    Please advise.
