Error establishing a database connection

Hello,
I can’t reach my website due to something being wrong with the database. I only get this message: Error establishing a database connection. I am strugling trying to fix this any help would be much appreciated.
There is another another issue that I can see when I log into wordpress.com it shows a different url name to my site, instead of seekcassy.com it’s seekcassy.com.dream.website is this normal? Or is this where the interference is? I can’t change it neither through wordpress.com or through myphpadmin. any advice, please.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
