Hi, my store can’t be accessed by myself nor any customers, it keeps saying error establishing database…why is this and how can we fix it, thanks

With that said, are you sure that you have the correct MySQL database username and password in the wp-config.php file?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct MySQL database hostname into the wp-config.php file?
