error has my site down

    Hi! there is an error that is keeping my site from working and i can’t get to the dashboard to fix it (because of the error). Any idea how I can access the dashboard. I keep getting a cookies error when I go to the recovery link but I’ve enabled cookies. Pretty desperate at this point.
