Error in Billin

    How am I supposed t resolve an error in wordpress billing when they don’t provide a way to directly contact them?

    Hi there,

    What billing error are you referring to? I checked the account you are contacting us from and there is no history of any purchases. Is it from a different WordPress.com account?

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
