Error in Payment

  Hi,
  I have been trying to upgrade my plan, however, I am getting the following two error messages.
  ‘The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE’
  and
  ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’
  Kindly help.

  I’m not seeing anything that should be blocking your purchase now, can you give it another try? Let us know here if the purchase doesn’t go through.
