Due to a recent update, there has been an error in the Responsive 2010 theme I am using for my webpage baltap.dk. The following error code was displayed.

Warning: require(/var/www/baltap.dk/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/responsivetwentyten-v1.0.3/block-patterns.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/baltap.dk/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php on line 743

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/var/www/baltap.dk/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/responsivetwentyten-v1.0.3/block-patterns.php’ (include_path=’.’) in /var/www/baltap.dk/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php on line 743

All access to the administration panel has so far been blocked. Is there any way for me to access the administration panel, or do I have to do a clean install of a new theme?

    Regards

    Site: baltap.dk.

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

And, you can find your theme’s support at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentyten/
