I donot know anything about debugging. I spent a lot of my time in this website and I getting frustrated. Are you all fixing this. I can’t edit on any of my pages. I’m not understanding what the problem is.

I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?

Hi,
What do you mean? “You don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here. http://www.zoeticandrevamped.com (ZoeticXRevamped-blog name) I have WordPress/Bluehost now and it is paid for a year. It’s there.
The problem is not that it will not open to view it. I can not edit any of my pages. I have included a screen shot of the error message. This also happens when I am log in to word press through bluehost (I still can’t access the site-the same error message pops up). It also does it when I am logged in throughWorld press. It it’s a word press error. And it does it when I try to go into my dashboard I can not access anything. If I go to my website through the webpage as a viewer the website looks fine. I can not access any parts of it on the back end.
Thanks..

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

When I am in my account the web page says wordpress.com, not wordpress.org. I am sure of that.
I am trying to attach at screenshot it will not let me.

Hi there, here’s what I get when I look up your domain:
Nameservers:
NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
NS2.BLUEHOST.COMEven though your site might be connected to WordPress.com through the jetpack plugin, your WP site is hosted with Bluehost.
These forums you’ve posted to assist users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
For help with the error you are receiving, please head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

WordPress.org is entirely separate from WordPress.com and how you log in to your site.
If you’ve never posted there before, you’ll need to start by registering for a new account.
