  I am sorry I don’t have any information, other than when I type in my web address,
  I get a message that says there has been a critical error on your website.

  Are you talking about hikinggalrno.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
