  I am migrating my blog posts from wix and every time i import my RSS file via the Tools section I receive an error message. I have discussed this on many occasions with Wix and there is nothing wrong with the RSS file itself/

  Hi there,

  I’m not quite sure what you meant by an “RSS file” as that is not something we meniton needing in our importer steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/

  Instead all you need to do is provide your Wix site address (URL) and follow the steps onscreen to import. Can you tell us the URL of your existing Wix site so we can take a closer look and see if there are any connection issues in visiting it? Thanks!
