Error message – cannot parse response

    Hello!

    I am getting ‘Cannot parse response’ when I click save as I am entering a new product on my website. The product may or may not show up and if it does, it is missing most of the content that I entered. I go back in to add the missing information and I receive the same error message. It was working fine a few days ago. What can I do to fix this?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    If you’re using an ecommerce plugin (you mention adding products), please contact support for that plugin directly instead.
