Error message on mobile

I’m getting an error code on my mobile site and elementor is saying it’s due to pixfort and to remove it, but when I do it removes all of my homepage text, so they say I need to contact pixfort and pixfort is saying to contact eliminator. I asked my developer and he can’t fix it so I’m wondering if anyone has ran into issues where the homepage works but not the mobile site. I’m using the essential them from eliminator. Thank you for any help! Stephanie
