Error message saying ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’

Hi, I haven’t used my site’s wordpress account in a very long time. The domain is now expired and the website isn’t hosted anymore. I’m trying to get the website back up but unable to open ‘My Site’ as it gives an error notification saying ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.
Clicking on ‘wp-admin’ takes me to http://hoodiekart.com/wp-admin but that is also inaccessible.

I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  • Hi there,

I checked and hoodiekart.com is unregistered and now available for repurchase:

I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and was not hosted with us, however. Do you remember what hosting platform the site was on? You will need to contact them and see if they have a backup of your site that you can use.

    Hope this helps.
