ERROR MESSAGE: ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ – WHOLE SITE IS DOWN. HELP!!

    Hello, I am currently re-doing an e-commerce site for a company. They had a WordPress site in place, I tried to download a new template and now the site is saying ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ everytime anyone tries to access to the site (the site is Wood-2Art.com). Please help! I need this fixed ASAP!

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
