  Our website – local437.ca – was set up by someone other than me before I started working here. I’ve been updating it for the last 1.5 years with no issues, however, this week when I went to look up something on it, it just shows the message ‘this site is under development’ I have zero knowledge on what happened or how to fix it.

  Hi –

  We aren’t going to be able to help with that here. The site is not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  Instead the domain is registered through, and hosted by netfirms.com.

  This means you are set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from your hosting provider or https://wordpress.org/support/
