Error message when i try to edit/view my website

    I am unable to edit/post/view anything. Whenever i click on customize or appearance i get an error message that says:

    Hmmm… can’t reach this page Check if there is a typo in mxxxxxxxx.com.
    If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    Can anyone help?

    That domain is registered through Bluehost, and its name servers are pointing to WordPress.com, but it has no domain mapping subscription on our end.

    It seems, however, that you were using the WordPress.com software, hosted by Bluehost, so you’ll want that domain’s name servers to point to Bluehost, not us.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    In this case, I recommend contacting Bluehost’s support: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
