Error message when trying to produce a webiste

  I am trying to produce a website, and it is not allowing me to do so. It shows an error message asking me to contact WordPress.

  I see you have added a new site to your account (reachmediauk1.wordpress.com) in the time since making this request. Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still?
