Error message while trying to add a new MX DNS record.

  Hi All,
  I keep getting a message that says “An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.” when trying to save the records that google / gmail say to input

  I am trying to set up email through my site which is hosted by WP but bought through crazy domains.com.au
  Can someone please help me here??????

  I’m sorry for the trouble. Can you please let me know what DNS record(s) you’re trying to enter? I can help you enter those and save them on this end.

  I’m also asking our team about the error message you’re getting when you try to save them yourself.

  Our developers let me know that the error message you were receiving should be fixed now. Can you please try entering and saving them again? If the problem persists, please let me know the records you’re trying to save and I can take care of that for you.
