Error messageing not letting me access backend of my website via Hummingbird Plugin Update?
-
This is the popup that happens when I attempt to login to my account: Fatal error: Cannot use HummingbirdCoreSettings as Settings because the name is already in use in /home4/ncops7ux/laduepharmacy/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/admin/pages/class-upgrade.php on line 12
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. The website is still up but I can not get into the backend, and I believe it is something to do with this ‘Hummingbird Plugin’; is there any way you can get backend for me to uninstall or pause it so I can access the backend and analyze what the issue may have been?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, you’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /hummingbird-performance/ directory there.
Then, I recommend reporting the problem at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/hummingbird-performance/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
