Error occurs when adding a CNAME

I’m trying to add the www CNAME record and i get this message:
“An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.”

I’ve just exited the tab and checked again and it seems that the CNAME was added even though I got the error message.

I’m sorry for the trouble with that. Our team let me know that they fixed the problem resulting in that error message, so you shouldn’t have any trouble with that in the future.
