    This looks like a wordpress error. I can’t even use my admin login. Can you help?

    [redacted by staff], I wanted ACTUAL SUPPORT NOT A FORUM POST. Is this private information? If so, please take it down. I wanted live support not a goddamn forum post.

    You failed to indicate what site you need help with, but your account does not own any sites on WordPress.com – in fact, this account was created mere minutes before you posted this thread.

    That error indicates the site you need help with uses the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

    And yes, I’m pointing you to another forum, because the open source WordPress software you are using does not belong to a company that can employ support staff, but belongs to the community that contributes to that software in their free time, and that same community also provides support for the software. There are services available who you can pay for help with your self-hosted WordPress site, but those services are in no way affiliated with either WordPress.com or the open source WordPress.org community.
