error on website

  Hello WordPress Developer Team,

  I am using wordpress since last few months.
  I am having a issue while logging in to wp-admin, after entering login credentials it redirects to home page of website, and after navigate to wp-admin it shows ‘Sorry you are not allowed to access this page’.

  I tried to create a administrator user through phpmyadmin but issue is still not solved.

  Please help me through this issues.

  What is the URL of your site as it looks you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org.
