Error: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
-
Hi,
I’m having problems with accessing my site.
I keep receiving the Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
wp-admin notification, and when I try to access the wo-admin I get this: Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.I haven’t logged in my account for quite some time, and I’m kind of lost with this issue.
I want to be able to make change and post on my site but can’t access it.
Please advise how to resolve this problem.I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
I’m afraid we can’t help directly because we don’t host blog.tpd15.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system (for enhanced security) and it does not show these kinds of error messages, which is my other clue you may be hosted elsewhere.
The good news is that help is available for this kind of issue. I see that there is this support document for your variant of WordPress, which discusses varyous things you can try if you are having login trouble. https://wordpress.org/support/article/login-trouble/
You can also open up a support request here on the open-source WordPress forums, and a member of the community will be able to help: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Thanks!
