“error processing checkout, try again again later” issue

Hello here. My website, kitchenxensials.ng is having issue with processing order. Whenever customers make as to place order with either direct bank transfer or cash on delivery, it pops error processing order, please try again. Try as I could to deactivate plugins and other tricks, nothing seems to work. Please, can somebody help me?
