error saving media attachment

“Error saving media attachment”, I’ve tried to upload different clips even ones I had previously done successfully. I have not had this problem before, have purchased Video Press and using the appropriate browser uploader for over 100mb. I have also only used 2% of my space

Hi Lynda – Are you getting this error when you upload video files only, or when you upload any type of media file? What’s the file extension of the file you’re trying to upload (.mov, .mp4, etc.) and how large is the file?
Can you please try uploading it in Chrome or Firefox, to see if the same thing happens? You don’t have to switch browsers permanently, but that would let us rule out any browser-related issue. Thanks!

thanks for your reply, only video and the extension was .mov
the video vary in size but are no larger than what I’ve successfully uploaded before. Not sure if I understand what you mean by uploading with Chrome or Fox, it this from within the dashboard?
