    Hello WP Community. I haven’t been able to publish simple text updates for 2 days now. Is something currently wrong with this platform? The error message I get is ‘The link you followed has expired.’ after I click the ‘Update’ button. Maybe I missed a mandatory update. We are a 501c (3) foundation; but, a paying customer. Where can I get help? Thanks all!

    Hi there,

    Can you please confirm which site you’re speaking of? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here only owns the free site, http://stxdisordersdotorg.wordpress.com/

    And where exactly are you clicking “Update”? I’ve never encountered an error message like you’re describing on WordPress.com.

    If instead you’re speaking of stxdisorders.org, that site is hosted with GoDaddy.com, and using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. We have no control at all over that site.
