Error ‘There has been a critical error on your website’

There was a notification to upgrade WordPress Version to 5.4.1. I clicked on that and then the below issue started. The error log shows the following :

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
